ROTIS helps West African importers buy goods from Chinese suppliers without travelling to China.

We are based in Douala, Cameroon, and work as a sourcing intermediary for buyers who want a simpler way to import.

Our mission is to make cross-border sourcing clearer, more affordable and less risky for small and medium importers.

What ROTIS does

We research suppliers in China based on your product request and get you quotations to compare.

We communicate with suppliers on your behalf and help clarify specifications, pricing and quantities.

We coordinate consolidation of goods from different suppliers into a single shipment to reduce shipping costs.

We help organise international freight options and share estimated timelines and costs.

ROTIS is not a seller. We do not manufacture, stock or own any of the goods you order.

We are not the importer of record. Customs duties, clearing and compliance remain the buyer's responsibility.

We cannot guarantee supplier conduct, product quality, or that a supplier will fulfil an order as described.

ROTIS does not take legal ownership of goods at any stage of the sourcing or shipping process.

We work with importers across West Africa buying everything from electronics to household goods.
