The service
ROTIS is a research and sourcing tool that helps you discover products listed on third-party marketplaces. ROTIS is not the seller of any listed product.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Plans and payments
Paid plans grant monthly search quotas as described on the pricing section. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Unused quota does not roll over.
Prices and information
Prices are shown in RMB with an approximate FCFA conversion for guidance only. Product data comes from third parties and may be incomplete or change without notice. Transport and warehouse charges are extra.
Acceptable use
No scraping, reselling of access, automated abuse, attempts to bypass quotas or security, or unlawful use of the service.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, ROTIS is not liable for supplier conduct, product quality or indirect losses.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
